Apsley House has recently been inspected by CQC. You can view the report here.

Out of the 5 key areas, the Home received 3 ‘Goods’ for Effective, Responsive and Caring, however received ‘Requires Improvement’ for both Safe and Well Led – this ultimately led to the overall rating of ‘Requires Improvement’.

Apsley House had recently struggled one or two aspects of their inspection back in November 2016, which ultimately led to the dismissal of the person in charge. Since then the dedicated management team and all of the staff have rectified any shortfalls and implemented all necessary requirements. All was recognised by CQC in February 2017, however this was officially recognised during their July inspection and their recently published report.
