There was plenty of toe-tapping and laughter at Apsley House last week as residents enjoyed a memorable trip to Brick Kiln Garden Centre for a special Elvis tribute performance. The atmosphere was electric as Leslie Presley took to the stage, bringing the unmistakable sound and style of the King of Rock and Roll to life.

From the opening notes to the final encore, smiles filled the room as everyone joined in with the classics. Whether it was clapping along, singing favourites or simply soaking up the lively atmosphere, the afternoon was a huge success.
A Trip Down Memory Lane
Music has a wonderful way of bringing back fond memories, and for many of our residents, Elvis songs hold a special place in their hearts. Hits like “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and “Jailhouse Rock” had everyone reminiscing about earlier days, dances and celebrations. Blue suede shoes were, of course, entirely optional – but enthusiasm certainly wasn’t!

After the performance, residents were treated to a delightful cream tea, complete with freshly baked scones, jam and cream.
